Drink more water throughout the day. Room temp or warm, not cold, that's jarring to the system. Many people walk around in a perpetual state of dehydration, and the body will skimp on fluids wherever it thinks it can get away with it.

You'd be amazed at what being dehydrated does to your body. Try drinking more water or fruit juices for a week and see if you notice any difference. Be more active. A healthy body works better. If that doesn't help you wany want to talk to your doctor to see if they can give you any other suggestions.
