So glad you asked. This is driving me nuts as a mother of 3. I take the clothes off the line, fold them neatly, put them in the basket. THEN I go inside re-handle them to put them into pile of what belongs to who. I WISH someone would invent a basket of some description that was big enough to divide into sections outside. Then I could only handle them once. I could just go inside and start putting clothes away. Maybe like an accordion style basket, otherwise it would be too big. Imagine the time saved. No more massive piles waiting to be sorted!!!! I really hope this hasnt already been invited in America coz then I'll look like a twit. we sure dont have them here in Australia. Wish we did.

The Perfect Roommate.
I've been waiting for years for someone to invent one.
They'll make millions off of it.
Seriously though, I'd suggest something that would do a better job of filtering the air in the AC/Heating chamber... static electrical cleaners don't keep that much dust down. Do that, and you've decreased the AMOUNT of times dusting has to be performed.

a barium sweep..like a force field scenario..the whole room would be bathed in a green light. a laser wall would "sweep" across the room in a matter of minutes!..dust, bugs, pet dander, and food particles would simply be zapped into a billion particles.. leave this idea to the 25th century-LOL

a self-cleaning house... i guess that wouldn't be so simple... but it would be really nice.
if i really had any suggestions, i would go patent it myself and make some money.
