It is the day that Mark Callaway (the Undertaker) burned down their house and funeral parlor by accident and when Kane would try to get out he said that his family was still inside so he tried to save them but got burned bad then when the EMT came he had no pulse then he just sat up to the shock of the EMT so they took him to the hospital he had been in comma for 6 weeks constantly having hallucinations about Mark and his parent thinking they were still alive but they all died including Mark(that is were taker got his dead man persona because he died in the fire and then came back to life) so the doctors thought Kane was crazy brer came to take him to a mental hospital were he stayed until the hell in a cell match between Undertaker and Shawn Michael's after Paul finally let him out .SO that is what happened to Kane on may 19

I think he got burned(not sure). Oh by the way, that also the date See No Evil came out. If you really want a good answer, I think you should read Kane's book and find out.

Nothnig happend on MAY 19... it was a gimmick to promote his movie See No Evil...that hit theaters on that day. Its was all a stunt to promote his movie.. by the way his movie comes out 11/28 on DVD
