1,2,3 mix is the norm 1 part cement 2 parts sand 3 parts gravel
that is a 5 bag mix 27 cu ft to a cu yard.
If you are doing a garage floor, best get it fron the truck because you will be very busy leveling it, even with help, and the ready mix will be mixed better.

If you are trying to pour a new garage floor, I would suggest you call one of the many ready mix concrete companies and have them deliver the concrete. It will be a huge pain for you to mix and place a floor's worth of concrete.

Get advice where you buy....many places like Home Depot sell a variety of mixtures for different uses and the stuff is so cheap that it's much better to avoid making it up yourself

save yourself the grief & have it delivered.
The supplier will be able to recommend the mix.
If you plan to do the forming & finishing yourself, check local codes for depth of pour & any reinforcement the slab needs to bear loads you expect given soil conditions & climate zone you're in
Supplier should be able to offer some tips
Good luck
