i have an assignment for which i have too talk about the current records systems that are being used in chiropractic offices. does anyone know where i could get that info, or if anyone works in that field, any information would be greatly appreciated..thank you in advance

Just go to your local Chiropractor's office. This way you'll get a chance to actually see the records system in the computer or if it's done by hand and maybe even get some blank records or print outs in-hand (of course you can't actually see patient's records) . That's probably your best bet, BTW...What kind of project is this?!? I hope you get an 'A' :)

Email my husband Hacksawdc@netscape.com he is a Chiropractic Dr he actually has a paperless office.
You can't see the files its against HIPPA law.
