all i want to do is play games on the internet during my personal finance class and they blocked all the game sites, can anybody help?

Sounds like your goal in life is to be a "game player". Try supporting yourself on games when you become an adult with the responsibility to take care of yourself and pay your own bills.
Let the games be and get a education. (Especially a class like "personal finances). You really will want to know how to manage the money that you will never make playing games.

Filters are there for a reason. That being said...
Use a proxy server. There are lots of them just ask people in your class or google them.
Try attackcensorship.com
I was using that but my school blocked it.
