ok, so, i like this 1 guy a lot, and i've been thinking of going thru the whole boyfriend/girlfriend thing, and well, todat i found out that one of my friends like him 2, and well, 2morrow is a dance, and well if he's there she'll want 2 dance w/ him... but i rele want 2 get 2gether w/ this guy.... but i don't wanna hurt my friends feelings, how do u i get the guy, and still be friends with my friend???

First of all the way you write I hope isn't the way you speak because if it is then he may not be interested in you and well
if a friend is important to you then why screw that up for one guy.
Let your friend see if he is all that great and if she gets tired of him pursue but i do believe a friend is a lifetime thing for women esapecially so I do not believe that you should mess that up good luck with whatever you decide.

if i was in that situation, i would first tell my friend that i liked the boy then tell her that no matter what, you still want to be friends with her, then tell her how u feel about him and how you feel about having both of you liking him and that you don't want to loose your friend. And if you really do care, comfort her by saying, that i would rather have you as a friend than have him.

Just tell her if you end up getting him... maybe give her a bit of warning beforehand. This won't matter too much in the long run if your friendship is strong enough.
