ok i got to do a presentation on a rule we were suppose to explai and mines was rule#14 dont be confused by the plural forms of foreign words.

Well, sweetie, from the framing of the question, you are screwed.

What rule #14? Don't be confused by the plural forms of foreign words? Which words? Which language? Obviously you don't have a grasp of English, so I am not sure why you need another language to torture...

In some languages, plural words like, in Spanish, usted, meaning "you", and ustedes meaning "you all", aren't spelled the same or even the same word.
