Look on usfencing.org for more info on club in your area. I saw from your other question that you might be from St. Louis--here is a list from that site: http://www.usfencing.org/usfa/content/view/1740/80/
I haven't fenced anyone from St. Louis, so I can't recommend one over the other.
Skateposer: Fencing is much better for a ten year old's mental development and physical health than the video games you're hooked on.

Where do you live? Do you have a yellow pages? Do you have a community college? A university or state college near you?
Of course, if you'd listed your location, someone near you might have been able to give you a specific reference.
Olympic fencing is one sport to learn. Kendo is another. Do a bit of research and discuss with your son the reasons for wanting to learn fencing. If he thinks that he'll learn to duel like Captain Jack Sparrow, he'll be a bit disappointed. However, if you are in a area where movies are made, a stunt school / weapons training? Then that sort of sword fighting might be taught there.
I'd suggest learning the sport and then try the latter.
good luck.
