If your in the south pole, everything is going to be north of you so the equator is north of the south pole.

Really, it is north. Everything single place is north from South Pole. But the equator isn't even a single point. So it is especially north:)

At the South Pole, for convenience we use grid references. Along the longitude line 0 degrees (the prime meridian). If you go in the direction of grid north you would eventually reach Greenwich in England.

it depends on what way u r standing... it could be north if u are looking south.. if that is what u mean...
