People want to be with you, you encourage others to participate in activities, even by not saying anything, just being around. Others like your ideas and want to be a friend. It's a good thing! Those with dynamic personalities tend to use them for good (those who use them for bad purposes generally get called psychopaths).

It just means that you're very full of life and vibrant. In literature, a 'dynamic' character is one who is always changing throughout the story, as opposed to a 'static' character who remains the same in their personality throughout.

it can be both positive and negative. positive usually applies to politicians or administrators. negative usually refers to people who are prone to mood swings, but almost always very vividly animated and highly passionate about whatever it is they're doing. not that all that is bad, but the underlying meaning is one of a negative nature.
