Ok, I have comcast cable internet, i'm runnin about 3400 for download.?

Is there any way i can improve my internet speed so it can be faster and quicker downloading, i use bearshare , emule, and limewire. Any programs and/or some how optimize my computer settings? Thanx all,

Actually 3.4M is a really good download speed.

If you are realizing slowups during download it's probably a bandwidth issue or number of folks downloading from the site you are using at any given time. Lots of times it is the download sites issue.

the 3 programs conflict with each other it is likea sug of war there are all pulling on the same rope in different directions
