You may need to change your tampon more frequently. Be gentle pulling the tampon out and putting the new one in; you can irritate the wall of your vagina, which can cause pain with removal (think if you had a scrape on your arm, then you went and yanked the scab off).

You may also have pain on removal because the tampon has expanded as it absorbs the blood and is tight coming out of your vagina. While the vagina does stretch, for some girls or women, the stretching of a tampon then pulling it out can cause some discomfort.

Ask your mom to make an appointment with your doctor, just to talk about what you've told us and to ask them some questions. They should be able to help you out. Your school nurse may also be able to answer your questions.

Sounds like you may be leaving them in too long. Are you sure you have it far enough in? I had this problem when I started using tampons when I mastered it I did not have any problem. sometimes you will leak and nothing you did wrong. When I use a tampon after wearing a pad I typically wear a panty liner or a pad for an hour or so just to catch the residual.

if you use the supers, leave them in a little longer. i know exactly what you mean. it hurts when you take it out because it hasnt absorbed enough fliud and is still somewhat dry, so it has a tough time pulling out.

so either change the regular ones sooner, or leave the supers in a little longer is my advice

i use them too! they are the best. playtex for me is so much worser because they have no braid. maybe you are taking the supper out to soon. also, sometimes you do just leak, and it cant be stoped. i always wear a panti liner or pad when i have my period with my tampons.
