That has nothing to do with Orthodoxy, but only a person who is a Cohen (that is, a descendant of Aaron) cannot marry a divorcee. Anyone else can.

It doesn't really matter if the person is orthodox or not, he should still follow the rules as if her were orthodox. Now most likely he won't care if the law is that he can't marry a divorcee if he doesn't keep the rest of the commandments.

Now it depends on who this guy is. If he is a Kohen then he can not, he also would have to marry a virgin. He should know and possible have a name like Cohen or Kahn if he is a Kohen.

Yes, it's possible; however, most of the time, the reason that they have problems is because the woman is not jewish. Also, another thing is why was she divorced? Did he cheat? Did she? Did it just not work out?

Regardless of what other people think, God knows where true love lies and where it doesn't. His opinion is the only one that matters, and there is nothing in the Bible--or the old testament--that forbids a person marrying someone who's been divorced.

Sure, if he wants to. He can do anything he wants! He might have to give up his religion for it if that's not an acceptable thing to do in the Jewish faith.
