does anyone know where to obtain dell master password lists?

if you ever had a laptop or tower and tried to get dell service without knowing the original owners name on a used computer you know how frustrating the lack of service with dell could be. they could care less what the circumstances are and your usually stuck with an expensive doorstop if you dont have the EXACT information as it appears on dells records and not necessarily what is correct. tech blogs are of a limited help, but usually its spam or a money for membership scheme that gets little results. what im looking for is ACTUAL ideas on how to get real master passwords. please no spam or get rich quick schemes as this is a real problem. let me save you the time, im already aware you can burn the eprom but unless your real experienced with electronics, you can also blow up a comptuer. im also aware of the dos programs available on the net but they rarely work on p four and usually are so so on high end p three...again, please actual password research only, no editorial needed.
