I have always wondered the same thing. I also wear clothing from these stores and have many times in the past been labeled a "prep" because of it. I think that it is stupid to be labeled because of the clothes you wear and dont think that your a prep unless your stuck up or treat others differently because you wear these labels.

Who mixes Abercrombie & Fitch with Gucci?
Disgusting.
I'd change that.
Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister, Aeropostale, American Eagle are cheap in price & quality.
I hate that people consider ripped jeans and logo printed tee's preppy.
And acting snobby doesn't make you a prep either, it makes you a snob.
Not all "preps," deserve being called a snob.

Id say you dress like a prep. Not nesisarily an actual prep, But just be you. People say i dress "GHETTO" all because i wear stuff from southpole and applebottoms and babyphat, Nikes, Chucks 2pac tees, But people will always judge. Dont listen to them.

Seeing all those names together, I would definitely say you are. But it all depends on how you wear things... switch it up a little, though! Buy something unusual for you, something new. If you can afford Gucci you can probably afford Viktor&Rolf, Stella McCartney, or other cutting-edge designers. Do give them a try.

i wear that stuff too but i'm not a prep. i also shop at hot topic, but i'm not a goth either. your not a prep because of how you dress. in fact, prep is just a ignorant label.
but yes, close-minded people probably think your a prep.

NO sister they are jus' labels...its who you think you are that matters...you could dress like a hippie but still go to tinnis games and whatever is conciddered preppie...by the way i dress in A&F and AE outfitters
