Hey, thats my ventriliquist doll you are talking about!
Having known a few psychopaths, (the tougher 'path' taken!), I now don't take the time to become involved and send them over across the street to see that guy with the binoculars who might be stalking them! He appears to be an avid bird watcher, an ornithologist, but, in reality, he is licensed to carry concealed, because he is an undercover cop, on stake out!
Or, I tell him that you've been writing love notes to Jodie Foster, and John Hinkley would be so grateful for the help, so he will go away!
Yeah, it really is funny!

Why would you want to be used?
What obligation do you have to entertain such a person?
I would keep this person at the longest distance possible. If you know the person as a psychopath for sure, protect yourself and your loved ones. If you have evidence of crime, report to authority so that that person would not be able to harm someone else.

well i dont know what to say, hello for 1 and 2 lmao whats up, is something wrong with us nutzzzzzzz?see i came to the conclusion that if i were nutzz i wouldnt know, so i dont even care about staying sane anymore. as long as i know right from wrong(my own standards included) then im ok, when i start having trouble functioning because i want to do unrational things, not just have em pop into my mind for no apparent reason, then ill ask for help, but last time i asked for help, i got a cold rubber room and no clothes. if you ask the corrections dept for help, theyll help you. i wasnt even like suicidal, just in shock and scared to death and knew id messed up even bigger than ever. i hesitated on the question of do you want to harm others and looked at a guard who'd been teasing me for 20 minutes in a not so nice way while i was having the worst experience of my life(portal to the stoneage) but i answered no. that was all it took, besides telling them my brain wasnt working, to find my father and inform him. my memory failed me, i was so in shock at seeing my dream from the night before come true.
dont fear me, im harmless, its the other guys in my head i worry about muuuuuuuuaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
um toungue in cheeck and fte

That sounds so sad! Please get away from this person as soon as possible even if you need help from Law Enforcement. I would rather have 3 enemies as friends then 1 psychopath!!

It depends on why you consider them a "psychopath" -- if they've done something illegal, report them. If they haven't, then just stay away from them.

I would try and have the psycho leave and bot come back ever again...i.e. talking,threats,etc... and if they do not, then try getting some legal attention.
