I've seen him speak several times. He's brilliant, charismatic and connects with audiences at that intangible / emotional level that you don’t see with Kerry, Gore, Clinton (Hilary) or Biden (certainly). Plus, he has the Kennedy brand. Why won’t he run?

Because he is pond scum like the rest of the Kennedy's. Too many skeletons in the closet....That's why Ted Kennedy won't run.
