Looks like you have had the shed kicked out from under your loan. Tell the lender they can have the shed if they can find it.

I think your only option is possession of the shed, probably in the very early morning hours, or middle of the night, load it up and move it where no one will be able to find. Let the heat cool off and sell it. The other question, do you have fire insurance on it ?
Then you don't have to move it !

All I can tell you it better be worth the money she took because litigating it would sure be expensive. It's like having a gold mine in where the spouse gets the gold and you get the shaft.
