purchase a pregnancy kit, read the results (w/c usually shows up in seconds) then show it to them.
if being pregnant's okay w/you, tell them and be proud. if not at the moment, ... hope that the test shows negative... then tell them that you're not.
have yourself and/or your guy use protection when doing the deed next time. sex is a nice thing, just make sure that you're responsible enough of you're doin it w/o any hangups ;)
