Yes you can love your Best Friend (hope thats what you ment). But be careful girl cause if he does not love you, it might become ackward between you too if he comes to know about it. First find out if he has similar feelings and than approach him.

But its the best thing that can happen between best friends.

dude i have no words to say so many people have given great answers.........well at least change ur "beast friend " to best friend..........& by the way a girl can love her best frnd..it is more secure & they would remain happy as there is a mutual understanding between them........

It depends. Do you really love them? If you truly have these feelings then of course. You just don't want to jump into anything with someone you really don't love. I think that no one can tell you who to love and not to love. Hope that helps. Good luck.
