Describe effect on Enzyme concentration?

"Reaction rate increases with increasing enzyme concentration, assuming enzyme concentration is much lower than that of substrate."

Basically the more enzyme you have, the more reactions you'll have assuming that there is enough substrate to accomodate all of the enzymes.

This question is a bit ambiguous, but my take of it would be that if an enzyme were more concentrated, then whatever action that it initiated would also be more numerous.

i.e.- More enzymes = more reactions
