yes, you sure could...why not just cut off your whole foot and get a prosthetic??? It's just really not a good idea if your only goal is to have smaller feet... just deal with it, don't worry about it...

Ever think of using made-to-order shoes? they are more expensive than ready-made shoes but you get the right fit. Worth spending a few more bucks for your comfort.

Well, I suppose you could. You would be off balance and would need to learn how to walk again, but I suppose you could cut off just about anything. It would be rather stupid though.
