Click and drag the toolbar back to the bottom. Nuff said.

Grab it by one end or another (go for the around the title if it's showing) and move it down to the bottom of the screen.
It should latch on there and then you can adjust the size or whatever if needed.

Right click in the gray empty part of bar
select unlock if locked then left click hold and drag to where you want it...now right click again and lock in place and it's un movable...great trick to play on friends too!
