I have heard that with the holiday season coming up the PS3 will be in high demand. Do you think that if I bought it when it was first released that I could sell it on Ebay to make a profit? I have heard that people did this with the X-Box 360. Plus, how hard is it to set up and Ebay account

It is very easy to set up an eBay account. go to the website and select create account. Then you can post something for sale. all you have to do is type in the information. I suggest you go to the post office or another place like it and find out how much it costs to ship it though. And yes, i bet you will be able to sell it for a HUGE profit. I heard people were buying 360's for like 700 bucks cause they were to damn impatient to wait. The PS3 will only be sold one per customer, so if you wanna get more than one, you are going to have to go visit different stores. I suggest at midnight on the release date you go visit stores like Myer, Super Walmart, Super Target, and any other 24 hour store to get a head start. PlayStation is more popular the Xbox, so t will be even more in demand. Mind you the rumor is it will cost 500 bucks off the shelf. Good luck dude.

if you have a credit card, its very simple to set up an ebay account. As for the making a profit, its possible. My friend did it when PS2 came out. Specially since they are only releasing so many until March 2007 when its a full release, give it a try if you have the 500-600 dollars to shell out for one now, since that is the price they will be released at.

It probably will sell for a lot on Ebay just like any other hot holiday item.
I heard it was rated even better than the X-box 360. I don't know how true it is.

thats a really good idea
setting up a ebay account is easy
just need a credit card
the hard part is actually getting a ps3
but once you get one
you can sell it on ebay for lots of money

i doubt it. people would rather just buy it themselves for the original price.
