H2O2 = 2H+ + 2e + O2

MnO4- + 5e + 8H+ = Mn2+ + 4H2O

so you need 5 moles of H2O2 and 2 moles of MnO4- to get electon balance for the overall reaction which is

5H2O2 + 2MnO4- + 6H+ = 5O2 + 2Mn2+ + 8H2O

remember that you can cancel out most of the H+ which appears on both sides of the equation leaving just the 6H+ as shown above.
