I would say relate and impart are most similar in meaning. You can relate the day's events to someone or you can impart knowlege, either way you are giving information to another.

relate and impart. They both mean to give knowlege. Advice isi to give opinion, write is non verbal. know is once again non verbal decieve is to tell someone false information.
