How do I open These Damn songs in my ipod?!?

i just got an ipod right and i download my songs from bearshare and open them in itunes and keep everything organized and ****, but when i plug in my ipod, none of the songs i downloaded are syncing to my 30gb black video ipod?!!, please help and show me how to open my songs in my ipod!! cause hell no I aint payin for my songs on itunes like my friend does

how do you drag them into your ipod?

just drag the songs from your iTunes music library to the iPod.
