If you have been active and exercised up till now then yes it will be okay, but to just start out of the blue. No, just walking and maybe some gentle stretching, but nothing hardcore at all.

If you have been actively exercising throughout the pregnancy then there should be no problem. Just no running, sit ups,l push ups and anything to do with working your stomach area. It is best to ask a doctor what is approved to be doing.

walking is the only thing i'd suggest.
