Names Of Peninsulas

2016-11-07 08:19:04 · answer #2 · answered by Anonymous · 0 0

Than listing all the names of the peninsulas, I would rather mention the most important peninsulas of the world.

As continent, Africa forms a fantastic peninsula. But for some geographical reasons (as politically and nationally divided, etc), we dont consider it as the biggest.

The Indian peninsula is the largest of all peninsulas and has a tip that just kisses the mighty Indian ocean (the third largest ocean of all).

The Malayan peninsula, which hosts some of the biggest named ports of all times, Singapore and a great city of the east, Kuala Lampur, needs a mention.
