It really depends on what type of felony. If it's for theft or murder, probably gonna be difficult. If it's for something dealing with the state or something to that effect, then you very well could find a job anywhere. It is illegal to dismiss an application b/c of a felony until the circumstance has been reviewed.

You might try calling Project Rio at your local TWC office. They help felons find work. They also have a listing of all companies in DFW who hires felons. Good luck.
