Do the experience all of the symptoms or just could maby experience the nausea and vomiting, Becuase I could be pregnant and I have recently been sick with a cold and in the mornings, and after I eat pizzam, or just for no reason I get either really nauseas or I throw up......should I lean more towards the pregnancy or the flu?

Congratulations. Start passing out cigars. LOL! Usually, stomach flu is accompanied by a fever. If you don't have a fever, and are about 2 months late with your period, break out the cigars, you are morning sick! Good luck!
