You must talk about it. Sometimes it is good to talk to a close friend when you feel angry about a problem, or when your angry at someone. Also it is very good to get out and take a long walk or exercise to release alot of emotional stress. These are my two favorite ways to release anger, hope it works for you!

Stay busy also. Relise the fact that you are strong enough to move on as well. So do some relax reading or listen to some songs to clear your mind as well. Talking to someone about it may take it out. If you have a pet, try that too.

Go for a run or a fat walk, anything physical (that doesn't hurt anyone else) to get rid of the adrenaline you're pumping. When you have cooled off enough sit down and write why you are angry and how you might be able to deal with it.

Run it out on a tread mill or side walk. Then soak in a tub with some candles burning.....it does wonders. You will sleep like a baby too.
