Yes, eccentric artist from Iceland.
Most memorable for the swan dress she wore to an awards ceremony, more suitable for a fancy dress party than a formal do.
I can only remember one of her songs making it out to Australia (but I'm no expert on the music scene) and it was a good one.
She makes me smile with her wardrobe choices!
