I asked my mom if I have a girl voice because every body tells me that I have a girl voice, and I heard my voice before and it does sound girly, but any way she tells me that my voice sounds normal. Why is my mom lieing to me? I like her to tell me the truth not a lie.

Did you actually say Mom I want the truth,Please don;t lie. to me. and then ask the question. If not then she answered the way most Moms would, they don't want to hurt you,because they love you. So Now go ask her again, and see what happens. Maybe your voice is changing,that happens to boys.

heck, your mom's not gonna (ever) tell ya ya got a girl's voice. Ya know what? it IS normal.. (I got 2 boys. I am a gramma. I know!) You're voice'll "change".. what they call it. (Now, of course I can't remember when this happens.. hmmmm.. nope, I still can't.) Does she lie about anything else? no? Well, she is one alright Mom then, son! (When ya asked her, you kind of already figured out you sounded girly ya told us.. why ask her then?) Heck, it's no biggie.. You try being a girl and sounding like a guy?! Your mother may not want to hurt your feeling, maybe it is normal until you get in your mid -teen and your voice change and don't get worried if you are already in your mid-teen but you are just developing late. So, don't be mad at your mother to you sound like you always sound like her little boy.

if you know that you have a girly voice, and you know that by having her say yes it would be the truth, and you KNOW that if she said no she'd be lying......why did you ask her if you know the answer already??
