i had "morning sickness" at night, so i cant really relate with the waking up part but i think they call it morning sickness because in the morning, your stomach has no food in it and that can make you sick very fast. maybe you can try to have some dry food and clear soda next to you when you get up in the morning and your nap so can eat that before you get up. if that dont work...make sure you have a trash can next to your bed!!

it may have to do with the times between when you eat. I am 33 weeks and still get nausea when I haven't eaten for a few hours. keep some crackers by your bed, and with you. eat smaller meals but more often. this will help with the morning sickness. your body is just letting you know that you need to eat for two now. I had morning sickness all day long for the whole nine months of my first two. I am a little more lucky with this pregnancy though.
congrats...good luck.

Morning sickness is just the name of the nausea and vomiting. It doesn't always have to happen in the morning. It can happen any time of the day. The morning seems to be the worst time because you have an empty stomach. Try eating something before you even sit up in the bed. Crackers, toast, anything kinda plain and dry. I have found that Pringles chips are the best for me because crackers and toast get too stale.

It can be at anytime of the day. Try keeping saltine crackers next to the bed...that way before you even get all the way up you have a little something in your tummy. Be sure to always rise slowly.
Those are tips that helped me.
But I don't really even know why they call it morning sickness....since it can happen whenever and where ever. Good luck.

In any being pregnant, the 1st 3 months is the toughest and maximum mandatory trimester to undergo. My sister had 2 miscarriages. for my area, i does no longer use any type of drugs, i'd use organic treatments. right this is one on your spouse: If any of you drink tea, make a cup, yet, rather of throwing away the tea bag, shop it and enable it bypass chilly and positioned it on the contaminated eye and depart it on the attention for 10-quarter-hour. do this 2-thrice an afternoon. the words morning sickness should be stricken from the pregnancy dictionary.i think its just more common to be sick in the mirning cause youve gone so long without anything in your stomach.i had all day,all night sickness. the term morning sickness is definetly misleading
