Hi All,

My Sister got me a ticket for Robbie Williams concert, which I'm looking forward too.

However, he has released 2 new albums since she got the ticket 2 months ago and I was wondering if someone who has been can tell me if he sings mostly his new stuff or if it has a good mix of the old and new?

Cheers,

Libby

I think it's a good mix of both.

I watched a concert last year when Robbie showcased songs from his "Intensive Care" album, just before he released it. I remember making a note of what he performed as I was disappointed he opened with "Ghosts" and not "Let me entertain you"!

He performed the following tracks according to the blog entry I wrote after watching it - and not in this order - and remember this was to showcase the album "Intensive care":
From "Intensive care": "Ghosts", "A place to crash", "You see the trouble with me", "Advertising space", "Spread your wings", "Tripping","Make me pure"
From "Escapology": "Feel", "Come undone"
From "Sing when you're winning": "Supreme", "Rock DJ"
From "I've been expecting you": "Millennium"
From "Life thru a lens": "Angels"

Based on that, I would imagine you'll see some fan favourites and some new material (from "Rudebox") that Robbie wants to showcase.

P.S. What is the second album that you refer to? I only knew about the release of "Rudebox".

Sorry can't help you..but if you'd ask me 'bout Marti Pellow or The Wets..now that would have been my thing :))
(Saw Marti on the 1st. night of his current Tour in Glasgow last week..stunning show, goin' back to see him again at Birmingham on Tuesday..just can't wait).
Sorry to ramble on..as it's so late..
Take Care..Mark.
Ps. You might well ask "What has this got to do with Robbie. W"?. Dead simple..I was lucky enough to be backstage, during a Wets gig in Manchester some years back.. Who should be there too..None other than Robbie, (with the biggest security man, i've EVER seen anywhere)..To cut a long story short..Robbie MUST have enjoyed seeing The Wets..'cos 4 days later he held a press confernce, to say that he was leaving Take That..He He..
Great memories..on and just for the record.. I DO like Robbie as a solo artist..but as for Take That..Yeuch :((
