Well, at the restraunt I work at, we talk first with the manager. Then if that doesn't work we talk with the owners. If all else fails, start job hunting. You shouldn't have to put up with bullsh*t.

You should go to your boss and express your concerns about what is going on in your workplace. An unhappy workplace makes for unhappy employees. Even if your boss is the problem, go to them. Tell them how you feel about things. They may not see a problem. Or they may see a problem and not want to fix it right away because no one has mentioned it. Thus they think that nothing is wrong. If you don't get the response that you are looking for then go to the owner. If the owner is your boss and your problems haven't been resolved, you may just have to give up the job. There are many jobs out there. Hopefully you will find one that's more rewarding than the one you are in.

You have to talk to the owner of the restaurant . If the owner is the problem , then you have two choices 1) Stick it out as long as you can and look for a new job as you are working. 2) Quit immediately and get away from the problem.

If they are work related issues, you should arrange to speak with your manager when you are off. Go in and calmly voice your concerns and see what you two can work out. Give them a chance to fix things. If nothing is done after 1 week, write down your concerns and give a copy to your manager and have hum/her sign the original for your records. If nothing is done after that, look for another job on your days off. If you are fired in the meanwhile, you can go to the unemployment office and most likely receive a check while looking for employment because you tried to fix things and they fired you instead of helping. Do not complain to coworkers, no matter how you feel, they may be friendly, but they are looking out for themselves first and it may come back to haunt you.
