Sounds great but if you do play alot of games it is common knowledge that the AMD Athlons tend to be better and have better game acceleration you shouldn't have to upgrade the vid card anytime soon since that sounds like one of the top listed cards on the market. I would consider XP pro instead and the upgrade media centre if you view movies or download music for mp3 player etc. If you wait a while they are supposedly coming out with quad core processors but all in all this computer should be a good buy if you are getting a good deal a 19" flat panel is nice but if you spending this kind of cash upgrade to a 21 or 23" just remember the response time because it will effect game play.

it is one hella fast machine man! u cant even say graphic card is gay cuz its running on 512mb memory, 300gb hard drive is a huge drive and the 19" monitor is kick ***! is this wat u need or what you're gonna get? cuz if u plan to get this specs, the tight budget wont be a tight budget anymore.

i got a custom made computer with athlon 3200+, 1024mb Ram, 2x 80gb hdd, 256mb ati x550 and a 17" lcd and i dont have to upgrade that spec even if i have to upgrade my os to vista, it will still run smoothly, all i can say is if you're gonna get that, and you got a great deal on it, you should get it now! enjoy

Umm are you sure it's a 3.4 ghz? I don't think they make dual core at that speed yet. But the spec you listed for the PC souds pretty good.

Don't listen to nit-pickers...It's a smokin good system.

Are there better? Yes...Is it a good gaming system? Yes.

Nothing wrong with your Gfx card. All in all thats a better system than your average gaming rig.
