The best instrumental to rap to is one that you create. Don't use anything that someone else has created, because you will eventually be slapped with a lawsuit and end up paying the artist for its use.

Seriously check out drum machines at your local music store, they have a lot of special effects that you are looking for and you don't need anyone to play it, in fact you can put your own music togethor and and the drum machine will record and replay them for each of your raps.

the don't play instrumentals most probably cant read must less pick up a instrument. but i would say the best to rap to would be 9mm in the mouth .
