WOW-I am sure your question wasn't geared to the race factor. Most people are filled with those emotions purely out of jealousy. Easiest way I found to succeed...make and maintain friendships with your business community. You will never know who you will need on your side. It is much harder to become upset with an aquaintance than a friend.

thats every job where there are white people. since they are prejudiced want all the power and money and want anyone else to live or be happy
