WILL ME I AM 16YRS OLD AND HAVE A GREAT SHAPE ALONG WITH A PRETTY FACE I REALLY WANT TO BECOME A MODEL OR JUST MODELL FOR SOMEONE ONE TIME BUT MY FAMILY DONT THINK IT WILL EVER HAPPEN. ONE REASON MONEY ISSUES, BUT I MEAN IF I GOT IT LIKE I KNOW I GOT IT WHOEVER CAN BE PAID WHEN I MAKE EM THERE M F N MONEY DONT CHA THINK

I heard Tyra Banks talking about the subject today on Good Morning America. She says that it is a million to 1 that anyone will make it in the modelling business. She has a book out laying out the pitfalls of "getting discovered." She says that no one should pay ANY money to an agency for help. That is a scam. Never model for anyone without your clothes. Even if there is a woman in the interview it is a scam and you can get killed in a snuff film. Beauty and Beautiful are two different things. Read her, listen to her on America's Next Model, be careful!

YES THERE IS HOPE, AND IF MONEY IS AN ISSUE THEN HERE ARE SOME IDEAS FOR YOU....

1. YOU CAN WORK AND SAVE UP FOR PHOTO SHOOTS, TALENT AGENT ETC. (STRONGLY RECOMMENDED).

2. GET CREATIVE!! ALL YOU NEED IS A FEW FAMILY AND FRIENDS, A NICE DIGITAL CAMERA, NICE DRESSING ATTIRE, YOUR MAKE UP BAG, A FEW BED SHEETS TO BE USED FOR BACK DROPS, AND A WHATEVER OTHER PROPS THAT YOU MAY WANT TO BE CREATIVE WITH. HAVE YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY TAKE PHOTOS OF YOU IN DIFFERENT ATTIRE, POSES AND PROPS. PUT THE PICTURES ON A CD DISK, THEN SEND THE CD DISKS ALONG WITH YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION TO ALL THE AGENCIES THAT YOU CAN (STRONGLY RECOMMEND)

3. YOU MAY HAVE TO DO SOME MODELING FOR FREE JUST SO YOU CAN GET YOUR FACE OUT THERE.(STRONGLY RECOMMEND).

4. YOU CAN ASK FAMILY MEMBERS FOR LOANS (STRONGLY DISCOURAGE..USE AS A LAST RESORT) BECAUSE MONEY RUIN ALOT OF FAMILYS, AND KEEP IN MIND IT MAY GET THROWN UP IN YOUR FACE WHEN YOU DON'T REPAY.

KEEP STRIVING FOR YOU GOALS, TIMES ARE GOING TO BE HARD JUST STARTING OFF BUT I THINK THAT YOU WILL DO GREAT THINGS.

I would say, before persuing your hopes and dreams, invest in a dictionary and/or a thesaurus, that way if and when your hopes and dreams do come true? You know what the words mean in a contract. After all, life is full of negotiations and if you don't know the meaning? At least you can look it up and obtain the proper spelling. I don't believe Dr. Seuss came up with a Dictionary nor a thesaurus yet....there is HOPE for that. Oh wait! He must have, I've seen his spellings and meanings all around the Net!...DAMN! LOL.

If you want to be a model and someone see's potential in you, you shouldnt have to pay you dont need money they should be paying for everything your headshots and all and when you start to bring money to the agency they will get there cut so if you want to be a model you need to be going to open calls and make sure they are legit but you never ever have to pay to be a model so if you are half of what you say you are you shouldnt have a problem
