hands down Jay-Z
DMX just barks a little and says mediocre rhymes.
Jay-Z is much more skilled on his delivery and message.

Jay-Z, I just prefer his music. Sometimes I listen to DMX & never realised how homophobic & generally foul some of his songs are.

You people don't know sh*t, Jay-Z sings all about how he likes hoes and money. DMX sings right from the heart and is probably the only rapper out there who isn't commercial towards sex, drugs, and hoes unlike Jay-Z.
