Where else would fear be? It is the most primal of emotions since it is the main emotion for self preservation. Some people are more fearful than others which is more of a chemical thing in the brain. Everyone has some fears and to get past them you should face them. If your fear is something dangerous like a fear of heights then please have someone there with you as you work thru this fear.

Yes, becuase our mind think that we will get hurt and shattered. So it sends the feeling of fear to our body making us afraid to do something. No one can get rid of it because we are just humans. We can do anything about it but than to believe in ourselves,

technically yes because everything is in our minds, but, fear is really a response to new and unusual stimulus which makes a person excited or fearful. so you could ask the question is fear the only thing to fear? :o)

depends on the fear. most i think is in the mind; but it is still a true fear, even though its "in the mind"

yes i believe so... have you ever heard the spanish phrase 'ojos que no ven, corazon que no siente'? it means eyes that dont see, heart that doesnt feel. if we dont see what we actually fear, then it really its not there. its just our eyes and our mind that plays games with us. like today in school, they were talking that supposedly there was a ghost in the wing and i dont know what. after hearing this, girls started hearing voices. its all in the mind, it is really not there.
