Probably a spastic bladder or your intestines are moving, or spastic colon. Need to check it out could be a problem, maybe not but won't hurt to check.

If you are really concerned, you should go and see a doctor. It could be that you have gas or growing pains. Or your could have something more serious like a hernia or an ulcer.
