That could be your mucus plug which is supposed to either fall out on it's own or your doctor will remove it to help move you along in your pregnancy after about 38 weeks. It's also called a bloody show because it's your mucus plug which would have a little bit of blood in it. No big deal as long as it's not a lot of blood. If you need reassurance...call your doctor!
