do u mean like where the guy tags the base after the ball has been caught and advances?
if this is what u mean, then no. because if there are two outs and the ball is caught then that makes it three outs and that half of the inning is over so it would be pointless to tag

No because the next out would end the inning. That is why you run at the crack of the bat with two outs.
