Ok look i have lime wire well i just got and it wont let me download anymore because of this STUPID firewall well can you help me to get rid of it...because i really want to fish downloading my song list....
And thats ahead of time

Right click on the task bar of the firewall icon, then select turn off, or disable.

Never try to get rid of the fire wall because U R system is protected very well IF U download those songs after getting rid of the fire wall from U R Computer U R computer will be affected I have the experience as My computer harddrive was totally filled its 160gb and the RAM was totally destroyed so that I cant even start the computer. So never try to get rid of the firewall.

Unless you have a 100% updated and latest version of Windows with the latest service pack (SP2) and all current upgrades, your computer could be come infected within minutes with no firewall.
The one exception is if your computer is behind a properly configured NAT router. The router will act a a firewall protecting you from malicious incoming packets ,only.

You do NOT want to get rid of your firewall. Your firewall is protecting your computer, and apparently doing it well.
You have no idea the harm Limewire will do to a computer. It will forever handicap your computer. Limewire is NOT your friend trust me. Choose shareaza or something safer.
Better yet, use ZDnet.com and other LEGAL sites that will not fill your computer with spyware that will put you and your families' PRIVACY in economic risk.

if that is what you want to do then just switch off da. firewall.you see da firewall icon in taskbar by pc time right hit on that and hit on exit or shutdown da . firewall will go off
