Twice this has occured, so It looks like I need to make something clear. I'm asking for your prefered voice actors, the person that speaks the characters voices. I'm not asking for your favorite characters from an anime/cartoon.

Regular cartoons: Mel Blanc, Patrick Warburton, Dan Castellaneta, Kevin Conroy, Cree Summer, Tara Strong, Grey Delisle, Billy West, Lauren Tom, Phil Hartman
Anime: Steve Jay Blum, Scott McNeil, Monica Rial, Luci Christian, Veronica Taylor, Chris Patton, Illich Guadion, Crispin Freeman, and a few others that cant pop in my mind for now
both regular cartoons and anime: Mark Hamill

I love people with great range combined with good acting ability. It takes talent to take a phrase and make it fun AND do it in a voice that's not your own. With that in mind I love Dan Castellena from "The Simpsons" who does a wonderful job with Homer and can produce a range of voices which are not very similar. Hank Azaria does a great job on that show as well. And of course there's Mel Blanc who was The Man of a Thousand Voices. Amazing talent!
