So even though we've done like, ten of these stupid speeches so far in our schooling careers, we get to do another one. Any good ideas? All help's appreciated :]

How about how to start a revolution.
Your teacher would love it if you start quoting Revolution for the Hell of it by Abbie Hoffman. You could also play some 60's music. I know that sounds dumb but it seems cool to me.

for one of my classes I demonstrated how to wrap a gift and offered some hints on things that can be added to a gift for free from common things around the house. Like wrap with brown paper bag and add on some pinecones, evergreen pieces and what have you. Think about your time limit. Going way over or way under is bad so you want to be able to either cut it short or extend without seeming to be do so.

-How a circus tent is erected
-how to make the perfect peanut butter and jelly sandwich
-how to make a car start in cold weather
how to get your parents to lend you the car
how to cheat your sister out of half her Halloween candy
etc

do one on how to make some kind of food.
it keeps people interested and then they get to eat whatever you make :)
